Airport Transfer Booking Process

Booking airport services generally involves the following steps:

✔ 3 days before the service date, the vehicle booking company will contact the guest for final confirmation of the itinerary

✔ The day before the service date, the vehicle booking company will email the guest the name, contact information and license plate of the driver for the day

Cancellation and Refund

● If the guest cancels the itinerary due to personal reasons, the fee will be handled in accordance with the "Domestic Tourism Formalization Contract" issued by the Tourism Bureau.

● You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity starts.
   You'll get a 80% refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity starts.
   You'll get a 50% refund if you cancel at least 12 hour(s) before the activity starts.

● In the event of force majeure cancellation of the itinerary (natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes/epidemic level 3), the balance will be refunded after deducting 5% of the total travel cost of necessary fees and administrative expenses.

1. How to choose a vehicle?

If you have a lot of luggage, you need to pay attention to the vehicle selection! For two passengers, you can usually choose a sedan type charter, but airport pick-up will carry large luggage, and sedans can generally carry at most one large suitcase, so it is recommended that two guests can choose an MPV or a similar small van. The price of the charter will depend on the size of the vehicle. However, if you choose a sedan and the luggage cannot fit, it will cause more trouble. So it is recommended to reserve some space and choose a larger vehicle to prepare for future troubles.

2. Are there any additional charges during the late night hours?

GCTOUR pursues clear and transparent prices and 24-hour attentive service, so we will not add any additional night service fees to you if the itinerary remains unchanged.

3. What if I need to change the reservation order, such as hotel information?

If you need to change the pick-up location or destination, please contact GCTOUR customer service in time. Our airport pick-up service is only available for hotels within the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing. However, if you change the location, please be sure to inform the driver in advance to avoid being dropped off at a place other than your destination.

4. What if the flight is delayed?

First, we will pay close attention to the flight information on the day of travel according to your flight number, and the driver will generally make corresponding preparations before picking you up.

In case of a significant flight delay or cancellation, please be sure to contact the vehicle booking company and the driver. According to GCTOUR's regulations, cancellation fees may be incurred.
