How to Make a Payment to GCTours

GCTours accepts payments via wire transfer, credit card, and PayPal. Below is a detailed explanation of each payment method and the steps involved.

Wire Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please send us a scanned copy or screenshot of the transfer receipt once the transaction is complete. Once we receive your proof of payment, we will confirm your booking and proceed accordingly.

PayPal

GCTours accepts PayPal payments for a fast, secure, and convenient transaction experience. PayPal is a widely used global payment platform trusted by millions of buyers and sellers. Please note: A 3% processing fee will be added to your total amount when paying via PayPal.

Once we receive your payment through PayPal, you will get a confirmation email, and your reservation will be finalized.

How to Pay with PayPal

With the growth of global online commerce, PayPal has become one of the most popular and reliable payment methods in the world. It supports credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts, and allows for instant fund transfers. Additionally, PayPal’s platform offers strong buyer protection, which is why it is the preferred method for many international travelers.

Step 1: Receive a PayPal Invoice

GCTours will send you an invoice titled “Invoice from Guilin Sanhe International Travel Service Co., Ltd.” via PayPal. Click on "View and Pay Invoice" to see the details.

Step 2: Review Invoice Details

Check all the invoice information, including:

  • GCTours company logo and legal name

  • Our PayPal email: admin@yotourglobal.com

  • The amount due and service details

  • Any notes from your travel advisor

  • A [Pay] button to proceed

If everything looks correct, click [Pay].

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Method

You’ll be directed to PayPal’s checkout page. Enter your email and click [Next].

  1. If you have a PayPal account, you’ll be prompted to log in and complete the payment.

  2. If you don’t have a PayPal account, or the email is not linked to one, you’ll be directed to a page where you can pay with a credit or debit card. (Note: The mobile version of PayPal may display differently.)

Step 4: Complete the Payment

  • PayPal Users: Log in and follow the steps to finish your payment.

  • Non-PayPal Users: Enter your credit card information and click "Pay Now".

Once your payment is submitted, PayPal will send you a confirmation email, and GCTours will also notify you once your payment has been received.
